These terms cover using this website and working with TeniVision ("we", "us"), a design and software studio based in Akure, Nigeria. By using the site or engaging us on a project, you agree to what's below. Every project also gets its own written quote or agreement, which takes precedence if anything differs.

Using this website

This site is provided for information and to help you reach us. You're welcome to browse and get in touch. Please don't misuse the site, copy its content or imagery for your own use, or attempt to disrupt it. The work shown belongs to TeniVision or its respective clients and is displayed for portfolio purposes.

Projects & quotes

• Work begins once scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing and any required deposit is received.
• Quotes cover the scope described. New requests outside that scope may adjust the price or timeline, we'll always agree changes with you first.
• Timelines depend on timely feedback and materials from you. Delays on either side are handled openly.

Payments

Most projects start with a deposit to reserve your slot, with the balance due on delivery; larger builds are split into milestone payments. Deposits reserve time and are generally non-refundable once work has started. Payment terms for each project are set out in its quote.

Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds, stated in your quote, so we can refine the work until it's right. Additional rounds beyond that can be added by agreement.

Ownership & handover

• Design work: on full payment, final brand assets and deliverables are yours to use freely.
• Software: on full payment, the finished product is yours to run, along with its content and data. Unless a source-code handover is agreed separately in writing, the underlying codebase remains with the studio and is maintained by us so the product keeps working.
• We may show completed work in our portfolio and channels unless you ask us, in writing, not to.

Confidentiality

Anything you share in confidence stays between us. We're glad to sign an NDA before detailed discussions if you'd prefer.

Liability

We put real care into every project, but we can't guarantee specific business results, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party tools and platforms (for example payment gateways, hosting or messaging services). Those are governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability or actions.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
